Was referred to Dr. Vernon by my pain management doctor 15 years ago in an effort to manage nerve pain from problems with my C4-5 vertebrae. Through Dr. Vernon’s massage technique and dry needling, my neck and shoulder muscles relaxed and my pain was reduced significantly. The pain reduction delayed my need to have surgery for several years. I have had both my C4-5 and C2-3 vertebrae fused and continue to receive massage and dry needling to help manage pain due to muscle tension.
I highly recommend his practice and techniques for those who suffer with nerve pain that is made worse by muscle tension.

I have been seeing Dr. Vernon for a few months. It started with a referral for back pain. I then had a knee replacement and decided to use Dr. Vernon for my re-hab on my knee. I could not be happier with his office. Wendy is great and very personable and Dr. Vernon knows his stuff. He knows how far to push to get the most out of our visits and he is very easy to talk to. Both Wendy and Dr. Vernon are wonderful people and I would recommend them for any type of physical therapy.
For anyone needing a honest review, here you go. Dr. Vernon was spectacular. I was in so much pain, to the point I was barely able to walk. From the start, Megan (Office Manager) was attentive, called me back, new patient forms were simple and quick. From there Dr. Vernon was always on time, pay attention to my needs and walked me through everything. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you Vernon PT and Wellness. Ill be back when I mess something else up!!!
Dr Vernon is a brilliant and effective physical therapist! I have worked with him for years, ever since my neck surgery and I have found him to be an essential part of staying healthy. He knows what he is doing. His staff is always warm and welcoming and his office is pleasant and private , unlike some of the other physical therapy places I have been to In which I was right out in the public room looking at everyone else and being watched by them as well. I would highly recommend dr. Kevin Vernon.
