Yoga is accessible to anyone who is interested in incorporating a practice into their life. In the Lotus Room at Vernon Physical Therapy and Wellness, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our students. Whether you have a steady yoga practice or have never stepped on a yoga mat before, our teachers strive to provide a class that will fit your individual needs.
We have a weekly class at 8 am on Tuesday mornings, and we have individual sessions available by appointment. Call to schedule a session.

Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation designed to help you find peace and presence during the session and beyond. During yoga nidra, you will focus your awareness and attention, tapping into your own wisdom and intuition.
In this 75-minute session with Jen Wilking, you will learn how yoga nidra works and experience it firsthand. You'll leave the session with resources and knowledge to practice on your own.
There will be mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters for you to use at the studio.
Feel free to bring an eye pillow or mask if you'd like to use one.
Yoga nidra is typically practiced in a resting position on the floor, but chairs will be available if you prefer to practice seated.
